• National Patient Safety Alert: EyeCee One preloaded and EyeCee One Crystal preloaded Intraocular Lenses Guidance for Commissioners, Secondary Care Providers and Primary Care Optometrists letter.
You will see from the flow chart (please click on the link below) in the letter that the first stage is for the providers of cataract implants to contact patients and make them aware of the patient safety alert.
Further instructions follow for primary care NHS GOS providers.
